Organization Description

UNITED for Health stands for Universities, NGOs, Industry, The Government working collaboratively Towards Expertise & Development for Health. This initiative is a collaborative effort between the University of Rwanda and the University College Leuven Limburg, Belgium, aimed at fortifying the connections between all actors in Rwanda’s healthcare sector and academia.

Our overall mission is to enhance Rwanda’s healthcare system by fostering collaboration between universities and health-focused organizations and institutions. This initiative unites various stakeholders, including students, academic staff, and local and international players, creating a powerful force for a positive change in health.

At its core, the initiative comprises two major components: the UNITED for Health Website and the UNITED for Health Days, the largest annual exhibition for health professionals in Rwanda. On the website, we foster virtual interaction within the health sector by matching candidates with opportunities showcased by organizations.
